Personal Training
This program includes a one on one personal training in person (Santa Clarita based only). There will be a detailed program based off your personal goals, current state of health/ fitness, and preferences. Each session will be 45 minutes long. This includes a free 30 minute consultation where I get to know you and do a movement screen.

Per session- $60:
Weekly-
1 time a week- $60
2 times a week- $120
3 times a week- $180
Monthly 1 time a week- $240
Monthly 2 times a week- $420 (1 free session)
Monthly 3 times a week- $660 (2 free sessions)
